Pre-Purchase, Buyers Home Inspections in Brevard and Indian River Counties

Whether you are buying a new or existing home for the first time, or have bought many homes before, one thing you must realize, is that the most important part of the home-buying process is getting a professional home inspection from a qualified, certified home inspector.

There are lot of very nice, friendly home inspectors that will come and inspect your home for you, and give a nice, friendly report on what they find. The difference is in the level of their expertise, their training in home inspection and the effort they are willing to put into really going over your home to find any issues that may be present now or come up in the future. They must be able to find and detect the good news about your home as well as find and detect any problems by doing a complete, proper home inspection. We can not stand shoddy or unprofessional workmanship and will not hesitate to document it and bring it to your attention whenever and wherever we find it.

You can fairly closely estimate all the expenses your new home will cost you: fair market value, mortgage, utilities, insurance, etc. What you can't anticipate is the cost of a major repair that was lying just underneath the surface and missed or overlooked by a quickly done or incomplete inspection done by an untrained, uncertified home inspector.

At HousePRO Home Inspection Services, our pre-purchase buyers home inspections consist of a complete, visual but non-invasive inspection of the entire home, but are not technically exhausting unless an issue is found that requires further investigating. We will completely inspect your roof, attic, exterior of the home, the foundation, doors and windows, floors, all the steps and the plumbing system, electrical system, heating and A/C systems. Also, the home and site as it relates to the house will be inspected for proper drainage and for any other issues. We will also inspect for proper access to your house, driveway and sidewalks, as well as issues with any trees and shrubbery located too close to your house.

You will have access to your inspection report securely online within 24 to 36 hours and it will list the deficiencies noted during the inspection, pictures of any deficiencies found, and a recommendation of any needed repairs or further inspections that might be needed or recommended.
